Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the Skool2Work platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Jinglemobi Technology Company Inc. regarding your use of the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Skool2Work platform ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including visitors, registered users, and subscribers.

2. Description of Service

Skool2Work is a career readiness platform operated by Jinglemobi Technology Company Inc. in collaboration with Ontario Civil Jobs Institution (OCJI). The Service provides career assessment tools, AI-powered resume building, virtual interview practice, job matching, and optional one-on-one consultation sessions for students preparing to enter the Ontario workforce.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Service at any time without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age to use Skool2Work. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms.

4. User Accounts

To access most features of Skool2Work, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update your information to keep it accurate.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at support@skool2work.ca if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we believe, in our sole discretion, are being used fraudulently or inappropriately.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features of Skool2Work require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are charged in Canadian dollars and are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as expressly stated in these Terms.

Payments are processed by Jinglemobi Technology Company Inc.

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to upload, post, or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.

You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any portion of the Service, to interfere with the security of the Service, or to use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the platform without our express written permission.

You agree not to impersonate any person or entity or to misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Skool2Work platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, and software, is the property of Jinglemobi Technology Company Inc. or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service, such as resume content and assessment responses. By submitting content, you grant Skool2Work a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use that content solely to provide and improve the Service.

8. AI-Generated Content

Skool2Work uses artificial intelligence to generate career recommendations, resume content, and interview feedback. This AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional career, legal, or employment advice.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any AI-generated content. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying any content before relying on it.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors, or that any defects will be corrected. We do not warrant that the Service will meet your specific requirements.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Jinglemobi Technology Company Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the effective date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
